Meet the Team

Health-Connected was created by the two co-founders to address the failures of the care they experienced along their families care journeys. They gained investment and support from care professionals and industry leaders that also wanted to utilise technology to enhance person-centred care. Always with the aim of achieving cross sector data portability, ease of use and adoption, and loyal consumer engagement, ReMeLife’s disruptive connected care puts the consumer in control, whilst also providing an ROI for businesses using tech to enhance person centred care. With a team and partnerships that include leaders from Virgin, Sharp, the NHS and academia, ReMeLife aims to play a part in the much needed transformation of care through technology.
